Since 2020, we have been dedicated to studying the carbon footprint of our coffee supply chain, including small-scale farms with steep slopes, manual harvesting, and shade-grown coffee. What we found was that sustainable agricultural practices can be employed in coffee production to preserve the environment and endangered ecosystems.
