Have you ever wondered why your coffee tastes the way it does? A key element is fermentation. In collaboration with Finca Alcatraz and PCP we invite you to join us for the first of many “experimental fermentation” cuppings. By examining this complex process, we will explore how it affects both our senses and the longevity of coffee itself. We have worked closely with Wilfredo Ule and Finca Alcatraz for the past 10 years to dial-in on what we believe is the perfect fermentation for his farm.
We invite you to cup, compare, collaborate, and ride the rollercoaster of fermentation.
