Caravela Coffee North America and George Howell Coffee will be hosting an event in the Caravela Experimentation Series: Innovations in Fermentation. The event will be at the new George Howell cafe in The Godfrey Hotel in the heart of Downtown Crossing, one block from Boston Common. We will be cupping some single varieties that have been fermented using different methods and in a controlled setting. The coffees are from Finca Belgravia, part of the Caravela Coffee Innovation Center in Popayan, Cauca, Colombia.
This event is part of a research project about fermentation and the results will be part of a study that we intend to publish for the international coffee community. We are looking for coffee professionals to participate in the cupping and whose feedback will be part of the project.
